My media studies class is now preparing for the opening scene test component. In this blog post, I'll discuss the moment in preparation where we had to write an exposition. An exposition is the backstory required for my tale to make sense to the audience. There are several methods for producing a one in a film/TV program. Narration, flashbacks, a missing scene, voice-over, text and title cards, and sound are all present. All of these are techniques for completely immersing the audience in the lives of a character.
